We are a growing retailer specializing in scratch-and-dent appliances at discounted prices—up to 55% off retail . Our product range includes refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, dishwashers, range hoods, and microwave ovens. Position Overview This role combines sales and basic appliance testing . Responsibilities include assisting customers, promoting products, and performing functionality checks on appliances such as washers, dryers, stoves, and dishwashers, as well as assessing cosmetic condition. No prior experience is required—training will be provided—but related experience is a plus. What We're Looking For We are seeking motivated, reliable individuals who can problem-solve, multitask, and work both independently and as part of a team. Ideal Candidate Qualifications Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term customer relationships Ability to connect with local distributors and attract new customers Experience with online marketing and social media platforms (Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, etc.) Ability to move and handle appliances using dollies and equipment (items may weigh up to425 lbs) Ability to perform basic functionality checks and assess appliance condition Bilingual (Spanish preferred) Compensation & Schedule Starting at $18/hour + commission Part-time with flexible scheduling
