Customer Service:

Supporting Local Needs:

Assist customers with a range of essential services like packaging, printing, mailbox rentals, and various document services. Tailor your support to meet the unique needs of our community members with patience and understanding.

Building Trusting Relationships:

Cultivate trust and loyalty within our community by offering genuine assistance without pressure. Focus on building lasting relationships based on mutual respect and care.

Notary Services:

Undergo training to become a Notary Public, an integral part of our commitment to providing comprehensive services to our neighbors. Conduct notarial acts with professionalism and dedication.

Operational Excellence:

Learn to operate various equipment including copiers, printers, fax machines, binding, and laminating machines. Assist customers with document services such as scanning, faxing, binding, and laminating.

Maintaining Store Appearance:

Take pride in maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This includes regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and ensuring displays are neat and well-presented.

Inventory Management:

Assist with inventory management tasks including restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and performing periodic inventory counts.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Genuine passion for serving the local community and contributing positively to their experience. Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies. Ability to thrive in a family-owned and operated business environment and uphold our values of integrity and care. Ability to lift up to 45lbs independently. Comfortable with the physical demands of the job, including being on your feet for up to 7-8 hours a day. Successful completion of a background check. Pristine track record for attendance.
