Responsibilities Serving and handling customers with courtesy, as well as checking ID's Meeting or exceeding sales and customer service targets. Following all state LCB directives and policies regarding cannabis. Following all store policies. Operating a POS system. Returns/Exchanges situationally. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Communicate effectively with staff and customers. Able to answer customer questions regarding general use and effects of cannabis brands and product types. Accurate cash handling. Learning POS software. Signing up customers for the loyalty program. Filling online orders. Communicating with management. Completing education courses. Attend monthly store meetings. Time management skills. Qualifications
