We're hiring Wireless Sales Associates to represent AT&T products and services in person. You do not need a background in wireless. If you're comfortable talking with people and willing to learn, we'll train you on the products, the sales process, and how to help customers find the right options. What you'll do Talk with customers about their current phone service and what they're looking for. Explain wireless plans, devices, upgrades, and available promotions. Answer questions and make product recommendations based on each customer's needs. Provide helpful service while working toward individual and team sales goals. Stay current on product information so you can speak with confidence. Who we're looking for You may be a strong fit if you've worked in retail, customer service, restaurants, hospitality, promotions, or another role where you interact with people. Prior sales experience is welcome, but it is not required. We're looking for someone dependable, coachable, and comfortable starting conversations with customers.
