Music & Arts is seeking a Senior Sales Associate for our retail store, specializing in band and orchestra instruments, accessories, and lessons. In this role, you will lead by example on the sales floor, deliver exceptional customer service to students, parents, and educators, and help customers select rentals, purchases, and lesson packages. You'll process transactions, manage special orders, support store merchandising, and assist with school service events.
