This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales or business career who wants hands-on experience in technology sales, business development, AI and software solutions, relationship management, and strategic partnerships while working alongside experienced sales and product leaders. What You Will Do Lead Generation & Outreach Research and identify potential customers, industries, and organizations Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, networking, and cold calling Qualify leads and help move opportunities through the early sales process Coordinate meetings and product demos with senior sales and product team members Maintain accurate outreach activity and pipeline tracking in CRM systems Relationship Building Build positive relationships with prospective customers Learn about customer goals, pain points, and operational challenges Partner closely with internal sales leadership and external sales development teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-through Product & Industry Learning Develop a strong understanding of IntelliTect's products and services Stay curious about technology, AI, business challenges, and emerging trends Continuously improve your ability to communicate value to prospective customers Events & Networking Represent IntelliTect at conferences, trade shows, networking events, and community engagements Help create meaningful connections that strengthen brand awareness and generate opportunities Pipeline & Sales Support Track early-stage opportunities and outreach progress Help coordinate follow-up communication and next steps Provide regular updates on lead generation efforts and sales activity What Makes Someone Successful in This Role Naturally curious and eager to learn Comfortable starting conversations with new people Resilient and motivated, even when hearing "no" Organized and dependable with strong follow-through Coachable and excited to grow professionally Confident in asking questions and seeking clarity Energized by relationship-building and helping others solve problems Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technology platforms Strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable with outreach, networking, and cold calling Willingness to travel occasionally to conferences and events Ability to work in-office in Spokane, WA Bonus Points If You Have Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms Experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, fundraising, or business development Interest in AI, technology, or software solutions Experience attending or supporting professional events and networking opportunities Why Join IntelliTect?
