Position Overview:

We are seeking passionate Sales Associates to elevate our Sunset Ford showroom experience. As a Sales Associate, you'll be at the forefront of one of the last standing Ford dealerships that value the relationship and experience for the customer, rather than racing to the lowest price. We spend more on our used vehicle reconditioning than any dealer out there, and we stand behind our Warranty Protection for Life! Having covered more than 6 million in repairs for our customer base since its inception in 2012. We also offer Oil Changes for Life on all qualifying vehicles, 2 model years old or newer! With the average trade cycle being at an all-time high of 8 years, the value and savings amount to thousands during that time. Plus, we pay more for trades, it doesn't get better than that!!!

Responsibilities:

Engage and guide customers through the Ford lineup, showcasing cutting-edge features and benefits. Conduct compelling product demonstrations and test drives to highlight the unparalleled quality of Ford's vehicle inventory. Navigate the sales process from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a seamless and memorable customer journey. Build lasting relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Stay ahead of industry trends and product updates to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Sales experience required Goal-oriented with a focus on exceeding customer expectations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Need to be computer savvy

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive commission on sales, maxing out at 45% at 15 units pro-rated to the 1st sale. Anticipated income range of $150,000 to $250,000 based on performance. Full benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision. 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.

Work Schedule:

Off days: Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, Thursday. Flexibility to enjoy a balanced work-life schedule.
