Sales Associate
- Residential/Remodel J&A Northwest Construction is turnkey, multi‑scope construction company based in North West Central Wisconsin, known for professional project management, top‑notch customer service, and building leaders from within.
At J&A, you're not just another employee—you're a key part of the team. We are excited to be expanding our residential remodel business. We build our business the same way we finish a job — by doing it right and standing behind it. We're looking for a Residential Remodel Sales Associate who feels the same way: someone who enjoys sitting down with the customer, listening first, and recommending what their home actually needs, whether that's a roof, siding, gutters, windows, doors, or other remodeling needs. This role is for a confident, driven salesperson who would rather be out meeting people than sitting behind a desk, who takes ownership of their results, and who understands that the trust you earn with one customer is what brings the next one through the door. If accountability, integrity, and teamwork describe how you already work, we'd like to meet you.
POSITION SUMMARY
This position sells and estimates remodel and replacement projects — roofing, siding, gutters, and related work. You own the sale from first contact to signed contract. You meet with the customer, inspect and measure yourself, build the estimate, present the proposal, and closes the sale order. From there our production team takes over and builds the job — you assist the team through to a finished project ensuring customer's satisfaction. The role carries a project from first contact through: the appointment, the inspection and measure, the estimate and proposal, and assist with the customer relationship through the close process. This position spends most of their time in the field. Opportunities come from a mix of company-provided leads and self-generated canvassing, referrals, and past-customer follow-up. Where a project involves an insurance claim, this position supports the homeowner through documentation, adjuster meetings, and scope agreement.
