O'Neil Creek Campground is looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable team members to join our Front Desk & Canteen team! No two days are the same. One minute you'll be helping families check in for their vacation, and the next you'll be serving ice cream, making food, or helping campers find everything they need for an unforgettable stay. If you enjoy working as part of a team, staying busy, and creating great guest experiences, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Welcome campers and provide outstanding customer service Check guests in and out using our reservation system Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and questions Prepare and serve food, ice cream, coffee, and beverages Operate the cash register and process payments Stock merchandise and food items Maintain a clean and organized front desk, camp store, and canteen Help guests with campground activities, rentals, and general information Follow food safety and cleanliness standards Work with teammates to keep operations running smoothly What We're Looking For Must be 16 years of age or older Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills Dependable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to multitask and stay organized Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the camping season Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person!
