Reset Team Lead Position Summary The Temporary Retail Reset Crew Member assists in reorganizing, updating, and setting store merchandise according to new planograms, layouts, or promotional guidelines. This role involves physical labor, teamwork, and attention to detail to ensure shelves, displays, and signage meet company standards. Key Responsibilities Execute retail resets, remodels, and product reorganizations based on provided planograms and diagrams. Move, stock, and arrange merchandise on shelves, endcaps, and displays. Install or update signage, price labels, fixtures, and promotional materials. Safely operate basic equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, ladders, and handheld devices. Clear aisles and maintain a clean, safe workspace throughout the reset process. Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects within set timeframes. Follow all company safety procedures and store policies. Communicate progress, issues, or missing materials to the reset lead or supervisor. Qualifications Previous merchandising or retail reset experience is a plus but not required. Ability to read and follow planograms, diagrams, and written instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Reliable attendance and ability to work early mornings, evenings. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30-50 lbs as needed. Comfortable working on ladders or step stools. Work Environment Fast-paced retail setting. Typical schedule 7a-5p M-F Temporary assignment lasting from 6 to 8 weeks.
