Sales Associate We are looking for a sales person to greet and assist shoppers in finding furniture at our showroom in Elkhorn. Your role would involve being friendly with the customers as they shop, answering questions about the products and helping them select from different options that the furniture offers. Good customer service skills and an ability to present information to a customer in a friendly way are required. A typical day would involve preparing some daily paperwork for deliveries, answering the phone, light cleaning and primarily assisting customers throughout the day by guiding customers to specific areas or items they are looking for, explaining the product features and demonstrating knowledge about construction, warranties and other product options. Job Duties Waiting on customers / Sales Answering phone calls Arranging Deliveries Customer Service Basic office and paperwork Light Cleaning and Vacuuming Rearranging Furniture settings on our showroom floor Experience A demonstration of good personal skills in a customer service position. Qualifications Being able to small talk and be friendly with customers Able to work Saturdays Work well in a small office setting Basic math skills to calculate totals and percentages off Work Environment Small office setting Family Business Daytime Hours and Saturdays Working directly with customers Consistent schedule every week
