In person Position Summary Silica For Your Home is seeking a friendly, motivated Sales Professional to join our Fond du Lac team. Previous sales experience is not required. We will train the right person with the right personality, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help customers. Responsibilities Welcome customers and help identify their appliance, furniture, and electronics needs Explain product features, options, pricing, warranties, financing, and available services Recommend products based on each customer's needs and budget Build positive customer relationships and provide excellent service throughout the purchasing process Prepare quotes and accurately complete sales transactions Follow up with customers and assist with questions or concerns Stay informed about products, promotions, and services Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience Maintain an organized and professional showroom Work toward individual and team sales goals Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality Strong customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team Motivated to meet goals and build customer relationships Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required Compensation This position offers a base salary plus commission. Total earnings will vary based on individual sales performance, with significant opportunities to increase earnings as you gain product knowledge, experience, and build customer relationships.
