Part-Time Cheese Store Team Member Do you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and being part of a team? Burnett Dairy Cooperative is looking for friendly, dependable individuals to join our Cheese Store team! As a Cheese Store Team Member, you'll help customers, stock and organize products, serve ice cream, operate the register, and help keep the store clean and welcoming. What You'll Do Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide friendly, helpful service. Operate the cash register and accurately complete customer transactions. Stock, organize, rotate, price, and label cheese and other products. Prepare and serve ice cream items. Weigh and package cheese for customers. Prepare cheese for customer phone and online orders. Help unload and stock product deliveries. Keep shelves and coolers stocked and looking their best. Clean and maintain the Cheese Store and ice cream areas throughout your shift. Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines. Help with other Cheese Store duties as needed. What We're Looking For Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused. Customer service, retail, or food service experience is a plus, but not required. Comfortable handling cash and operating a register. Able to work well as part of a team in a busy environment. Must be available to work until at least 5:30 PM on scheduled days. Weekend availability is required. Dependable attendance is required. A Few Other Things to Know This is a part-time position . Slip-resistant shoes are required. Black or khaki pants or jeans are required. No sweats, leggings, or jeans with holes. Burnett Dairy logo T-shirt provided! This is an active position that requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Some work is performed in cooler or cold environments.
