We are looking for individuals who are customer service orientated who can provide product knowledge to our guests and who can offer advice on styles, trends and appropriate jewelry for different occasions. We need full time Office Associates, full-time Management Associates & part-time Sales Associates. Preferred Qualifications -2 years experience in a commissioned retail sales environment -Sales experience in fine jewelry, cosmetics, fragrance or watches

Sales Associates:

We will train you completely in the

Duties and Responsibilities:

Management Associates:

We will train you in the fine jewelry industry and help you advance with promotions through our Management team. You would begin as a Management Associate and with strong individual performance grow to Assistant Manager and then on to Store Manager. If you enjoy leading, training and sales we'd love to meet you! Lead and supervise the retail team, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating staff performance to foster a motivated and high-performing workforce Oversee daily store operations such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS system management, and ensuring compliance with company policies Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and coordinating purchasing to meet customer demand while minimizing shrinkage Develop and implement merchandising strategies to optimize product placement, pricing, and promotional displays that boost sales Handle customer service issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Utilize management skills in budgeting, sales management, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and operational planning to meet financial targets Office Associates This role is a key support to the sales staff in our stores. Office Associates are responsible for processing sales, returns, special orders and layaway transactions. Follow through in all facets of servicing the guest is highly critical for this role. This role performs inventory and security procedures to prevent losses
