Job Title:

Part-time UPS Print and Ship Associate must have

WEEKEND AVAILABILITY

with some need during the week as well.

Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Assist customers with product and service information
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits
• Upsell additional products or services to customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass required Truescreen background investigation
• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions
• Knowledge of electronics sales and technical specifications is a plus
• Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features to customers
