Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, offering recommendations Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately and swiftly Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain an attractive and accessible store layout Conduct upselling techniques to promote additional products and increase sales revenue Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction Assist with merchandising efforts by arranging displays, restocking inventory, and maintaining visual standards Maintain a clean and fun store environment Skills Proficiency in POS systems and retail sales transactions with strong cash register operation skills Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions, discounts, and inventory counts Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of retail store product lines, merchandising standards, and basic inventory management At Little Moon, you'll work with new mothers and customers who are buying beautiful items for loved ones.
