Bonus based on performance Company parties Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement Training & development Milwaukee, WI | Full Time | In Person Great Lakes Outreach Wisconsin is expanding its Milwaukee team and looking for a Retail Customer Associate to support nonprofit campaigns through face-to-face customer engagement. You'll work at retail and event locations throughout the Milwaukee area, speaking directly with members of the public, introducing nonprofit campaigns, answering questions, and helping generate new supporter interest and acquisitions. This is a people-focused role suited to someone who enjoys conversation, works well in a team, and wants to build practical experience in customer engagement, communications, and sales. What You'll Do Engage with customers face-to-face at retail and event locations Introduce and represent nonprofit campaigns Start conversations and build rapport with members of the public Explain campaign information and answer questions Identify interest and help generate new supporter acquisitions Work toward individual and team campaign goals Develop stronger communication, customer engagement, and sales skills What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, confident, and comfortable approaching new people A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team Motivated to learn and develop Comfortable working in a busy, customer-facing environment Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, sales, events, or another people-facing role is preferred, but we're open to candidates from different backgrounds who demonstrate the right communication skills and attitude.
