If you've worked inside a cleaning or janitorial company — on a crew, in the office, or in sales — you already understand what our customers care about, and that's exactly the head start we're looking for. About ANK Peachy Clean LLC ANK Peachy Clean LLC provides professional cleaning services built on reliability, attention to detail, and treating every property like it's our own. As we expand our client base, we're looking for a sales representative who can represent that same standard from the very first conversation. What You'll Do Own outbound prospecting — calls, emails, referrals, and local outreach — to generate new cleaning contract leads. Respond quickly to inbound leads and quote requests, and follow up until they're won or closed out. Walk properties or gather details to scope jobs accurately and prepare fair, competitive quotes. Present ANK Peachy Clean's services to prospects, answer questions, and handle objections around price and scheduling. Close new business and hand off signed clients cleanly to the operations/cleaning team. Track leads, quotes, and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks. Look for upsell and referral opportunities within existing client relationships.
What We're Looking For Required:
Prior experience working for a cleaning or janitorial company in any role, OR prior experience selling cleaning/janitorial services — this is a must-have, not a nice-to-have. Comfortable with cold outreach and can describe a time you turned a "no" into a "yes." Strong communication skills — in person, on the phone, and in writing. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for client site visits. Basic comfort with a phone/computer to log leads and send quotes. Preferred (nice to have): Experience quoting or estimating cleaning jobs (square footage, frequency, scope). Existing local business contacts or referral network. Familiarity with a CRM or lead-tracking tool.
