As a Customer Service Associate, you'll help create a welcoming and fun experience for everyone who walks through our doors—from longtime regulars to someone buying their very first game. What You'll Do Help customers find products, cards, games, and other items Assist customers with trade-ins Stock and organize merchandise Sort and organize trading cards Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming Operate the register and check customers out Answer customer phone calls, messages, and emails Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service Help support the fun, inclusive gaming community at Blind Tiger Games What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with customers Dependable and willing to jump in wherever needed Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable learning new products and games A positive team player who enjoys working in a community-focused environment Knowledge of any of the following is a plus, but NOT required:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
