We're hiring a dependable Customer Service Associate to assist customers, process orders, and help keep our store running smoothly.

Job Objective:

Provide dependable, customer-focused service while supporting daily store operations in a role that balances independence and teamwork. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work while collaborating with a supportive team to keep operations running smoothly—including assisting customers, processing orders, answering phones, and maintaining an organized, welcoming environment. Responsibilities & Accountabilities Provide friendly, helpful customer service to customers in person, over the phone, and via email Assist walk-in customers with product questions, pricing, and placing orders Answer customer questions and help with orders, quotes, and general inquiries Enter customer orders accurately Share any customer concerns or feedback with management Help keep the showroom and stock areas clean, organized, and welcoming Assist with receiving and putting away incoming product deliveries Help monitor inventory and communicate low stock or overstock items Assist with inventory counts as needed Process customer payments (cash, check, credit card) Support daily store operations and assist the team as needed Perform other duties as assigned
