Sales Associate — Boutique & Home Store Mission Road Boutique and The Well | Downtown Oconomowoc, WI Mission Road Boutique and The Well are locally owned, family-run stores built around beautiful things, good people and a community we love. We're looking for a friendly, dependable and energetic Sales Associate who genuinely enjoys people, loves fashion, home décor and gifts, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed. We work hard, laugh a lot and believe shopping small should feel personal and fun. What You'll Do Welcome customers and make them feel at home Help customers find clothing, accessories, gifts and home décor they'll love Style outfits and make thoughtful product suggestions Operate the register and handle transactions accurately Unpack, steam, tag and merchandise new arrivals Keep Mission Road Boutique and The Well organized, stocked and looking beautiful Help create displays and merchandise throughout both stores Assist with promotions, special events and busy downtown shopping days Pitch in wherever needed—because that's how a small family business works! Who We're Looking For Retail experience is a plus, but the right person matters more to us.

You should be someone who:
