Part-Time Budtender / Retail Associate Hemp 1848 - Downtown Okauchee, WI Join a Local Shop with Big Vibes! At Hemp 1848, we're more than a retail store—we're a welcoming neighborhood shop where people come for quality products, fair prices, and genuine conversations. We're looking for a friendly, dependable team member who enjoys helping people and wants to learn about hemp and wellness products. What You'll Do Welcome every customer with a smile. Learn about our products and confidently answer questions. Operate the cash register accurately. Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting. Restock merchandise and maintain displays. Help create a fun, positive atmosphere. Occasionally create simple social media posts and interact with the community. We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly, outgoing, and dependable. Comfortable learning new products. Honest and detail-oriented with cash handling. Self-motivated and able to work independently. A strong communicator who enjoys working with people.
