Our facility features a state-of-the-art indoor shooting range, a fully stocked Pro Shop with firearms, ammunition, accessories, and tactical gear from leading manufacturers, as well as a wide range of training programs designed for all skill levels. We are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for both new shooters and experienced marksmen. Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, assist with purchases, maintain store organization, and promote our products and services. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism and product knowledge
• Process sales transactions through a computerized point-of-sale system
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support merchandising efforts
• Answer questions about products, promotions, and services
• Promote membership programs and guide customers through applications
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely, professional manner
• Keep the store clean, safe, and organized (sweeping, dusting, trash removal, etc.)
• Receive, unpack, and stock inventory shipments
• Support team operations and perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous retail experience preferred, firearm knowledge a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
