Job Description

Join the two-time Northwoods League Champion Fond du Lac Dock Spiders for an immersive, hands-on summer internship. Located between Green Bay and Milwaukee, the Dock Spiders offer a fast-paced environment where you won't just watch from the sidelines—you'll help make the season happen. Why Intern With Us? Learn by

Schedule:
Full-time summer commitment, including standard business hours, nights, weekends, and all home games. Who We Are Looking For We want energetic, motivated individuals ready to learn. No prior sports experience is required —we value attitude, reliability, and initiative!
BOX OFFICE & TICKET SALES INTERN
Learn the business of putting fans in the stands. This position provides extensive experience in ticket sales, customer service, CRM management, and relationship building while giving interns the opportunity to develop skills that translate throughout the sports industry. What You'll Do Assist fans with ticket purchases, package options, and questions by phone, in person and on game days. Help manage ticket window and will-call operations throughout the season. Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within ticketing and CRM systems. Run and assist with ticketing reports and database management. Develop sales skills through prospecting, outbound calling and relationship-building with prospective customers. Work toward individual and organizational ticket sales goals. Develop relationships with existing ticket holders by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and following orders through completion. Promote and sell group outings, picnics and other premium experiences to businesses, organizations, families, and community groups.
