is currently seeking a Sales Associate to join our rapidly growing Company. As the Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of our Company all while making a difference for the environment! In this role, your primary responsibilities will include working directly with retail customers with the selection of items, the direct marketing and sales of our reclaimed treasures, listing of items on various digital channels, and as required assisting to ensure our daily operations run efficiently.

Other Responsibilities Include:

• Direct engagement with retail customers providing unprecedented levels of customer experience
• Research and establish market pricing for available products.
• Photograph and inventory items for posting to digital channels.
• Organize and store materials in their respective reuse center locations for easy retrieval.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records within our POS and inventory management systems.
• Keep the reuse center well-organized and maintain a tidy workspace.
• Prepare customers' purchased for pick-up and/or delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth reuse center operations.
• Comply with safety guidelines and protocols at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.

Here Are a Few Things Which Are Important to

Us:

• 2-3 years of experience working in a retail sales environment.
• Strong sales, customer service, and support skills with a passion for service.
• Must be an expert in the use of social media platforms e.g. Facebook Marketplace.
• Strong technical skills, experience with Square / Shopify POS and / or GoDaddy desired.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, start-up environment, experience working in a reuse center even better!
• Prior experience working in the building materials industry or related field a bonus!
• Detail-oriented and capable of following organizational systems & processes.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to the customer experience.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.

Compensation Our Target Hiring Range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour in our Waupaca, Wisconsin
