In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face that will drive sales and ensures the sales floor is inviting. Your proactive approach to upselling and product demos will help boost sales while providing valuable product knowledge to our customers. Responsibilities Operate sales systems accurately to drive sales while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments with precision. Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions about products, and guiding them through their purchase journey. Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through merchandising, stocking shelves, and ensuring products are properly labeled. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels, restocking shelves, and participating in regular stock counts. Support team members by supervising new associates when needed and sharing best practices for delivering outstanding retail experiences. Experience Previous cashiering or retail sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math to handle transactions confidently. Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, are highly valued to connect with a diverse customer base. Experience in supervising or leading small teams adds an advantage for those interested in growth opportunities. Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for cash handling and sales transactions. Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management enhances your effectiveness on the sales floor. A positive attitude ensures every customer interaction is welcoming and professional.
