Hours:

The role we are currently hiring for is part-time, offering 12-18 hours per week. Shift times vary but you can expect a combination of the following shifts: Mostly evening shifts with occasional opening shifts Weekdays Weekends We offer a supportive atmosphere and encourage employees to bring their best selves. Base pay begins at $12.00hr based on experience + bonuses , commissions , and an end of the year bonus! (This means you can earn more than $16/hr+ starting out!) It gets better. At the end of the year, we match your commission on qualifying sales.

•Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent to apply. Who we are Azara products mostly consist of CBD, Delta products, and Smoke/Vape Accessories. We take pride in being experts in product knowledge and carry the highest quality products on the market without unnecessary markup! Responsibilities Greet and direct customers Provide accurate and up-to-date information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) Answer customers' questions about specific products/services Cross-sell products Ensure shelves are fully stocked Manage returns of merchandise Inform customers about discounts and special offers Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Stay up-to-date with new products/services Make sure the store is clean and presentable Skills Retail/Sales experience preferred Customer Service Familiarity with point-of-sale software Knowledge of inventory and/or stocking procedures Basic math and cash counting skills Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Flexibility to work various shifts High school diploma or equivalent
