Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
• Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
• Assist with product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or other electronic devices
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
• Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, as we serve diverse customer populations
• Knowledge of technical sales, wireless sales, or jewelry sales is advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
