Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, assist with product inquiries, and provide knowledgeable retail sales support. Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely for stocking and shipping tasks. Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting, inventory management systems, and product replenishment. Handle shipping and receiving processes, including loading, unloading, and organizing merchandise efficiently. Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and ensure proper packaging of products for display or shipment. Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and ensuring retail store product knowledge is up-to-date. Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movement accurately and perform manual handling with safe lifting practices. Experience Previous retail store experience or warehouse operations experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic math skills for stock counting and sales transactions. Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, or similar material handling tools. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs effectively. Strong communication skills combined with organizational skills to coordinate stocking, merchandising, and customer service tasks. Knowledge of grocery store or produce departments is advantageous but not required.
