Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Store Paperwork Audit Clerk to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing, verifying, and maintaining store-related financial paperwork for accuracy. Your expertise will help uphold the integrity of our financial processes, support audit readiness, and contribute to the overall accuracy of our financial reporting. While this is an entry-level position, opportunities to advance within the company are possible. Responsibilities Conduct thorough audits of store paperwork, including invoices, receipts, and financial reports to verify accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with store management and finance teams to resolve discrepancies identified during audits and implement corrective actions. Maintain detailed records of audit findings, supporting documentation, and compliance reports for internal review and external audits. Utilize accounting software PDI Enterprise and Microsoft Office tools to analyze data, generate reports, and document audit activities efficiently. Preferred Experience Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is essential. High school diploma or equivalent. Retail or convenience store experience. Skills Strong communication skills - verbal is essential for communication to the stores remotely. Time Management Organized Able to work well with others as a team
Pay:
$13.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
