Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and hard-working Deli Team Member to join our growing team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks throughout the day. Responsibilities include preparing made-to-order sandwiches, operating deli equipment, assisting customers at the register, and helping keep the store clean, stocked, and running smoothly. No two days are exactly the same, and you'll play an important role in making sure our customers have a great experience. Key Responsibilities Safely operate deli slicers and other kitchen equipment Prepare fresh, made-to-order sandwiches and deli items Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary deli workspace Provide friendly and welcoming customer service at the deli counter Operate the cash register and accurately handle transactions Restock shelves, coolers, and deli items as needed Assist with general store tasks and support fellow team members Help create a positive experience for every customer who visits Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older (due to equipment use and food safety regulations) Previous deli, food service, or retail experience preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety Friendly personality with strong communication skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Schedule Day and evening shifts available Flexible scheduling may be available for the right candidate Why Work With Us?
