Overview Privately owned retail store is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and can assist customers in selecting products while maintaining an organized and clean store. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service Assist customers with product selection and recommendations Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and basic math calculations Stock shelves, coolers, and displays Maintain store cleanliness and organization Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with all alcohol sales laws Maintain well-organized merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stocking practices Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette and in person with clear communication skills Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and inventory checks to ensure product availability Support supervising staff during busy periods by helping oversee daily store operations and ensuring a smooth shopping experience

Qualifications:
