About us Dave's Famous T&L Hot Dogs is a small business in NCWV. We are professional, rewarding, and fun. Our goal is to provide a safe/friendly work environment while working alongside a small business owner who's passionate about their business.

Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and menus
- Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service
- Assist with menu planning and development
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
