Responsibilities Supervise daily store activities, ensuring smooth operations across all departments Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse retail sales team through effective training and coaching Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize product presentation Oversee cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and cashiering procedures with accuracy and integrity Coordinate scheduling, shift management, and employee orientation to maintain optimal staffing levels Implement sales strategies, pricing adjustments, and promotional initiatives to meet sales targets Conduct interviewing and recruiting efforts to attract talented candidates for open positions Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Monitor store compliance with safety policies, operational procedures, and company standards Utilize management skills to oversee budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and inventory management Qualifications Proven supervisory or assistant manager experience within the retail industry or grocery stores Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster collaboration Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated expertise in retail math, sales management, merchandising, and inventory control Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and operational management tools Experience in recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, and training & development Knowledge of wireless sales or grocery store operations is advantageous but not required Ability to handle multiple priorities with excellent organizational skills and time management Basic math skills necessary for budgeting, pricing adjustments, and stock calculations Strong customer service orientation combined with phone etiquette and managerial communication skills Join us as a Supervisor to lead our retail team toward success!
