Overview At iCloud Vape & Smoke , we're looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team! As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming shopping experience, helping customers find products they'll enjoy, and keeping our store clean, organized, and fully stocked. No previous vape or smoke shop experience is required—we're happy to train the right candidate. If you enjoy working with people, take pride in your work, and are eager to learn, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Welcome every customer with a friendly, positive attitude. Assist customers in finding products that fit their needs and introduce them to new products they may enjoy. Provide knowledgeable and honest product recommendations. Accurately operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and card transactions. Verify customer identification and follow all company policies regarding age-restricted products. Restock merchandise and maintain organized, attractive product displays. Keep the store clean by completing daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning glass, and maintaining restrooms. Receive and organize inventory shipments. Monitor inventory and add low-stock or out-of-stock items to the store's order list. Ensure shelves remain neat, fully stocked, and properly labeled. Work independently and as part of a team to complete daily tasks. Assist with additional store duties as needed to support daily operations. Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older . Must have reliable transportation . Excellent customer service and communication skills. Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds . Willingness to learn about new products and company procedures. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required .
