Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey Assist customers with product demos, explaining features and benefits clearly to enhance their understanding and satisfaction Manage stock levels by merchandising displays, stocking shelves, and organizing products for optimal presentation Conduct sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash and credit payments responsibly Upsell relevant products by identifying customer needs and recommending complementary items to increase sales Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise, and ensure shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing Support supervising staff in training new team members, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring store policies are followed Skills Proven experience in retail sales or grocery store environments with strong merchandising skills Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities in a retail setting Ability to perform product demos confidently while engaging customers effectively Bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to assist customers both in-store and over the phone Skilled in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer trust Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions, POS operations, and retail math calculations Strong customer service orientation with exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills Knowledge of grocery store operations is advantageous but not required This role is ideal for energetic individuals eager to grow their retail expertise while delivering outstanding service.
