Responsibilities Lead and motivate the retail sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, purchasing, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees to ensure a knowledgeable and engaged team Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and develop team members' skills through ongoing training & development initiatives Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using phone etiquette and excellent communication skills Maintain store appearance through effective merchandising, stocking, pricing strategies, and operational management Skills Strong leadership with proven supervisory experience in retail or wireless sales environments Excellent communication skills in both English and another language (bilingual proficiency required) Skilled in negotiation, sales management, and customer service excellence Proficient with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic math for cash handling and bookkeeping Capable of managing payroll, budgeting, purchasing, and operational procedures effectively Experience in recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, training & development Knowledge of retail industry sales techniques including wireless sales strategies and merchandising principles Demonstrated ability to supervise staff across shifts while maintaining organizational skills and time management Familiarity with retail math concepts such as pricing strategies and inventory control practices Strong managerial communication skills to lead teams confidently and foster a positive work environment This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about retail management within the wireless industry.
