Looking for a reliable Night Shift Manager to work at Twigs Alaskan Gifts at the Fairbanks International Airport. Must be independent, reliable, have own transportation, honest, and able to pass a background check. Position includes dealing with the public, monitoring the shift schedules, leading a team, inspecting inventory, restocking store, pricing of inventory, and prompt customer service. The ideal candidate must have reliable transportation, and have prior sales and management experience. The Night Shift Manager would be in charge of making sure all night shifts are covered at all times and able to work as a sub on shift as needed. Must be able to train new employees and feel comfortable with all daily tasks of the store while on shift. Manager would not be called in any earlier than 6:30PM and would work no later than 2AM. Hours would range between 20+ hours a week. Parking is paid for by Twigs. Must dress professional and be personable at all times.
