Duties Lead and supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth functioning. Manage retail sales teams by providing coaching, training, and development to enhance performance and customer engagement. Oversee inventory management processes such as stock replenishment, merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory control to optimize product availability. Handle customer service issues promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels. Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding new employees, and conducting employee orientation sessions. Support operational tasks including payroll processing, bookkeeping, cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems management, and shift management. Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost sales and store visibility. Requirements Proven experience in retail management or assistant manager roles within the retail industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team effectively. Excellent communication skills including managerial communication and phone etiquette. Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS systems, and basic math for retail math calculations. Demonstrated skills in negotiation, customer service excellence, and sales management. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities such as budgeting, merchandising, purchasing, and operational management with strong organizational skills. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve our diverse customer base effectively. Experience in supervising staff through training & development programs and managing retail sales teams is highly desirable.
