  • Weekend Availability Required This is an in-store leadership position with a locally owned The UPS Store franchise.
This is not a corporate UPS warehouse or delivery driver position. Join Our Palmer Team We are looking for a dependable, experienced person who enjoys working with customers, supporting a team, and taking responsibility. This is a working, customer-facing lead position where you'll keep the store running smoothly while providing excellent customer service. We offer a stable, full-time position with opportunities to take on additional responsibility and grow into supervisory and management roles with strong performance. What You'll Do Lead daily store operations Provide friendly, professional customer service Preform opening/closing procedures, including cash handling Assist with inventory management and customer mailbox billing Help maintain and efficient, organized workflow Handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and dependable Interested in a long-term position and committed to becoming a valued member of our team Comfortable taking initiative and responsibility Strong communication and attention to detail Retail or customer service experience required Previous lead or supervisory experience in retail or customer service Must be 18+ We're looking for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career and build a long-term future with our team.
