What You'll Do:

Lead the sales floor — set the tone, keep the team sharp, and make sure every customer leaves happy Evaluate and negotiate on high-ticket items including jewelry, gold, firearms, and electronics Coach associates on product knowledge, customer service, and deal-making Hit and exceed weekly KPIs for gross profit, loan volume, and sales margin Handle firearm transactions in line with FFL compliance (training provided) Support the owner on inventory decisions, staffing, and day-to-day operations Keep the store organized, merchandised, and running at a high standard ———
