Weekly Pay | Uncapped Bonus | Award-Winning Team Bilingual (Spanish/English) Assistant Store Manager Family Pawn - Alabaster, AL Family Pawn is seeking a bilingual Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team. This is a performance-driven leadership role that offers strong compensation, room to grow, and a supportive, well-established work environment. Our Spanish-speaking customers are a vital part of our business, and a bilingual leader on our management team is one of the most valuable additions we can make. Our Assistant Store Managers earn $42,000-$47,000 per year in total compensation. Base pay is paid every week, and our bonus program is uncapped — bonus earnings are paid on top of your base pay, and your total compensation grows directly with your performance and your team's performance. Why This Role Is Different This is not a shift supervisor role. As Assistant Store Manager, you are second-in-command — running the floor, coaching the team, closing high-ticket deals, and directly influencing store performance. You will own KPIs, develop team members, and have real input into how the business operates day to day. Your bilingual skills will play a central role in this position. You will serve as a key point of contact for our Spanish-speaking customers, help coach the team on serving that customer base effectively, and handle high-ticket transactions that directly impact store performance and your bonus earnings. What You'll Do Lead the sales floor and set the standard for team performance and customer service Serve Spanish-speaking customers directly and support the team in doing the same Evaluate and negotiate high-ticket items, including jewelry, gold, firearms, and electronics Coach associates on product knowledge, customer service, and deal-making Manage weekly KPIs for gross profit, loan volume, and sales margin Handle firearm transactions in accordance with FFL compliance (training provided) Support the owner on inventory decisions, staffing, and day-to-day operations Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised sales floor What We're Looking For Fluent in both Spanish and English (required) Strong leadership skills and the ability to direct a team with confidence A customer-first approach and the ability to build rapport quickly A numbers-driven mindset with an understanding of margin and performance Comfortable and legally able to work alongside firearms Accountable, reliable, and results-oriented Pawn or retail management experience preferred, but not required; we will train the right candidate Must be 21 years of age or older Available to work Saturdays What You Get $42,000-$47,000 annual total compensation (base + bonus) Uncapped performance bonus — the stronger your results, the more you earn Continued pay increases tied to performance and growth Weekly pay Health, dental, and life insurance 401(k) with matching Paid time off and paid training Employee discount on store inventory A workplace culture built on growth, respect, and shared success
