On Tap Sports Café is currently seeking an Assistant Manager for our Liberty Park location. We are primarily looking for a candidate that can support our other 2 managers on location. This position is hourly + includes serving & bartending shifts. This location is in the Liberty Park neighborhood, near Cahaba Heights & an exit past the Summit. Restaurant Manager:

• Opening and Closing duties
• Ability to drive sales & new forms of revenue
• Maintaining staff (training, hiring & firing of employees)

• Ordering:

  alcohol, beer, wine, food, supplies, etc.
• Maintaining a weekly budget, balancing invoices and check record
• Maintaining an appropriate labor cost
• Providing excellent customer service
• Operating the POS system (Aloha)
• Helping front of the house staff & back of the house staff
• Ensure cleanliness of store Willing to train candidates with limited experience should they meet other conditions of the job.

Pay is based on experience, full-time offered salary or hourly pay. On Tap Sports Cafe is locally owned and operated and has been open since 1996. We currently have four locations. We are regularly named Best Sports Bar by the Birmingham News, Birmingham Magazine, B Metro, & Black & White. We are the number #1 on-premise seller of draft beer in the state.
