PROVIDERS
General Store is seeking a dedicated and community-minded Retail Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead a team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, lead by example, and possess strong managerial communication skills. This role involves managing inventory, communicating with local vendors, supervising staff, and utilizing POS systems to support efficient store performance. Responsibilities Oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning. Lead, motivate, and supervise staff to deliver excellent customer service. Communicate effectively with team members and management to facilitate a positive work environment. Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and coordinate replenishment to meet customer demand. Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, reporting, and inventory management. Foster a community-oriented atmosphere within the store, promoting engagement. Lead by example in maintaining high standards of organization and professionalism. Coordinate with the Humble Pie kitchen team to organize workshops and classes held monthly. Experience Proven supervisory experience in a retail environment. Strong managerial communication skills to effectively lead teams and coordinate with stakeholders. Experience with POS systems and inventory management tools is preferred. Demonstrated ability to organize tasks efficiently and lead by example in a community-focused setting.
