QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED; Two years or more of restaurant, retail or customer service experience in a leadership position; Past Barista Experience preferred

LANGUAGE/ COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Excellent listening and verbal skills; Honor confidentiality guidelines in all areas of position; Ability to interact with guests in an appropriate and professional manner.

SKILLS:
