Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Floor Supervisor to lead our retail team and ensure smooth store operations. Duties Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies Lead, train, and develop team members in customer service excellence, product knowledge, POS systems, and sales techniques Oversee cashiering activities, cash handlpricing accuracy, and POS system operations to ensure smooth checkout experiences Coordinate employee orientation and training programs to foster a knowledgeable and motivated team Conduct interviewing and recruiting efforts to select qualified candidates for retail positions Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards Experience Proven supervisory or managerial experience within the retail industry, particularly in sales team management and store operations Demonstrated skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and training & development Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and budgeting is preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams confidently and manage managerial responsibilities efficiently Prior experience in resturants or bars Join us as a Floor Supervisor if you're energetic about leading teams, passionate about retail excellence, and eager to make a positive impact on our customers' shopping experience.
