About the Role Managers are responsible for delivering the Southern Marsh brand experience while driving sales, developing teams, and overseeing daily store operations. These roles are hands-on leadership positions focused on customer experience, team development, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Drive sales and meet store performance goals Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build repeat clientele Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing team Create schedules and manage payroll effectively Execute visual merchandising and maintain store standards Oversee daily operations including inventory control and loss prevention Support company initiatives and in-store events

Qualifications Store Manager:
