Job Description

We are seeking energetic self-starters who love customer service environments. We are an ice cream and chocolates shop located at the new Portside at The Wharf.

Key Responsibilities Opening/Closing:

Count tills, get store ready for operations, and ensure all procedures are complete for opening and closing

Leadership Support:

Acting as Manager on Duty (MOD), assisting with store operations.

Customer Service:

Assisting customers, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Store Operations:

Restocking merchandise, maintaining visual standards, handling cash/registers, and overseeing cleanliness.

Communication:

Reporting issues to management and relaying company objectives to the team.

Key Skills & Qualifications Experience:

Previous retail or relevant experience.

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, integrity, and customer focus.

Traits:

Trustworthy, detail-oriented, adaptable, punctual, and dependable.

Availability:

Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays Individual must be comfortable with working a shift solo.

Pay:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
