Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards that capture the brand's refined aesthetic. Use business insights and CRM tools to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business. Partner with regional leadership to shape local strategy, manage budgets, and identify growth opportunities. How Success is Measured Written Sales and Invoicing Returns Net Promoter Score (NPS) Average Dollar per Sale Conversion Rate What You Bring A bachelor's degree in business, design, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. At least three years of retail or design experience, including two years in a leadership role; luxury retail experience preferred. A passion for design, exceptional client service, and leading teams with purpose and energy. Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, payroll management, and inventory control. A proven ability to coach, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve collective success. Excellent communication and organizational skills with an eye for detail and presentation. Comfort using Microsoft Office and CRM systems to manage performance and client relationships. A polished, professional presence and a natural ability to connect with others. Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle for business purposes. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record in accordance with company policy.
