An Assistant Retail Store Manager provides support to the Manager of a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

Lead by example and help create a positive, accountable work environment. Promote Unlimited Wash Club memberships and coach team members on sales and customer engagement. Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally. Assist with staffing, scheduling, labor management, and daily operations. Ensure the site remains clean, safe, and operating efficiently. Help achieve goals related to memberships, sales, customer satisfaction, and overall performance. What We're Looking For Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Sales-minded and motivated by achieving goals. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, automotive services, fitness memberships, wireless sales, or other customer-focused industries is strongly encouraged.
